Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

It is requested that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference prior to conducting a site inspection of the project location. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The estimated cost for construction is $3,550,000.
