This Schedule 2 portion of the Construct New Airport Terminal Building Project is to demolish the existing Airport Terminal Building, temporarily relocate power and telecom utility services that were fed to the building, grade the site, and install stormwater drainage features and extend the existing automobile parking lot in preparation for the Schedule 3 construction of the new airport terminal building. This Schedule 2 project excludes bituminous asphalt and concrete pavement construction. These two items will be completed under a separate (Schedule 4) project at a later date.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2023.
