Durham, NC - Cornwallis Capital Construction Project 2023 (IFB #23-004)
General Overview. The purpose of this IFB is to contract with a qualified licensed entity to repair and/or replace the following items: (a) Sitework: Painting of Fence and Gate, Erosion Control or Soil Stabilization, trimming overgrown vegetation, Trimming Tree Limbs, Water Ponding Solution, Parking Stripes and Curb Painting, Parking Re-surface or replace Asphalt Paving, Parking Asphalt Sealing, Play Structure/Play Equipment, and Pole Mounted Lighting; (b) Building Exterior: Exterior Wall Power Washing; (c) Building System: Sanitary Distribution (Cast Iron); (d) Unit: Closed all exposed wire/open panel, Fan Coil Unit, Programmable Thermostat, Furnaces, Smoke/Fire Detector, Interior Lighting, Hot Water Heater, Outlets, Interior Door, Paint Ceiling, Resilient, Baseboard (Wood or Resilient), Kitchen Cabinets, Kitchen Counter Tops, Kitchen Sink with fixtures, Range/Stove,, Range Hood, Refrigerator, Bath Accessories, Bathtub Shower Unit, Toilet or Water Closet, Bath Sink with fixtures, Bathtub Shower Faucet, Shower Head with Water Conserving, Medicine Cabinet, and Exhaust Fan.
