Indian Trail, NC - RFQ RFLOI - On-Call Construction Engineering and Inspection Services
SCOPE OF WORK: The Town of Indian Trail (“Town”) is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) from Firms and plans to contract with multiple Firms for Construction Engineering and Inspections, Geotechnical Engineering Consultation, and Construction Material Testing services. These services are needed for multiple Town construction project(s) which are listed below:
1) Chestnut Parkway Phase 3 (Town-Funded)
2) Indian Trail Complete Street Ph 1 (Federally-Funded, TIP: EB-5931)
3) HWY 74 Multi-Use Path/South Fork Crooked Creek Greenway (Federally-Funded, TIP: EB-5723)
4) ARPA Stormwater Maintenance Projects (Federally-Funded)
The CEI services will include but not be limited to ALL/ANY COMBINATION of Disciplines Codes listed below:
• 00195 – Roadway Construction Engineering and Inspection
• 00233 – Structures Construction Engineering & Inspection
