North Charleston, SC - Bridge View Restroom Renovations
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Demo and install new restroom facilities in four (4) existing restrooms at the Bridgeview Complex. There are five (5) restrooms in Building 1000, two (2) restrooms in Building 1001, two (2) restrooms in Building1002 and two (2) restrooms in Building 1003.The Base Bid will be the improvements in Building 1000. Improvements in Building 1001 will be Alternate #1, improvements in Building 1003 will be Alternate #2 and improvements in Building 1002 will be Alternate #3.
