Charleston, SC - Mary Ford ES Doors & Hardware Replacement
This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. The Base Bid Shall include all doors/openings to receive electrified hardware / card access readers. Coordinate with opening schedule for hardware requirements; all electrified hardware is to be provided by Owner. (Installation of pathway for access controls contractor, included new doors as specified. Alt. No. 1 shall include all work to doors/openings that are not indicated to be a part of the base bid.
