Charleston, SC - Septima Clark Academy Gymnasium Renovations
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Renovating the group restrooms at the front of the gym. Demolition of all plumbing fixtures, partitions, mob sink, etc. All MEP work will be done within A102. Interior painting, new toilet partitions, urinal screens, toilet paper dispenser, grab bars, soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, warm air dryer. Install two Instantaneous Electric Hot Water Heaters, two urinals, three toilets, two wall mounted sinks, two sidewall exhaust and lighting. Install new ceramic tile and base. Alternate scope of work is replacing the sink, toilets, toilet partitions and toilet paper dispenser in the annex building group restrooms.
