North Charleston, SC - Trident Technical College B 920 Roof (H59-N196-ML)
Base Bid work includes complete removal of existing roof systems down to the deck for canopies 1 and 6 for approximately 12 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
Alternate Number 1 work includes select repairs and an elastomeric roof coating to the Main roof.
