Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following is a list of unit types to be replaced: Wall Hung ACs 32 ea., Roof Top Units 10 ea., Split Systems 3 ea., Ductless/mini-split/PTAC - 4 ea., Electric Wall Heaters-1 ea., EFs -13 ea., Media Ctr /Admin space update VAVs with new -25 ea., Water Heater –Electric -1 ea. Coordinate upgrades with controls contractor CMI. Structural steel at select RTU's and associated roof repairs.
