REBID - Gastonia, NC - T. Jeffers Center Pickleball Courts
The Scope of Work for the project includes, but not limited to the following:
*Demolition and removal of existing tennis court asphalt surfacing
*Removal and disposal of all unsuitable material
*Prepare site for asphalt by stabilizing the base
*Fine grading and compacting for new sub-grade ? Performing all surveying needed for pitch and critical grade for adequate surface water runoff
*Furnishing and installation of concrete pickleball net post footings and sleeves prior to installing new asphalt
*Installation of new asphalt surface. NOTE: Local building codes may require adjustments to thickness, barriers, etc. Specify required or recommended changes.
*Color top coats applied per manufacturer’s details.
*Installation of pickleball line striping for 12, 14 and 16 court layouts.
