Union County, NC - Emergency Services Complex Communications Tower (IFB 2023-043)
The Project consists of engineering and construction of a communications tower site located at 2258 Concord Ave., Monroe, NC 28110, that includes the furnishing and installation of a 160-foot selfsupporting communications tower, compound, and access road per design documents and specifications. All work shall comply with applicable North Carolina Building Codes and ANSI/TIA/EIA Standards.
As a minimum, the tower and foundation shall be designed to the requirements of ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-G, including released addendums

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as set forth in the Bid Form.
