To perform work to construct the Exterior Renovations and Barbering Program Addition to the Existing Statesville High School CTE Building in Statesville, North Carolina for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work of this proposed Contract comprises of site work, general construction, electrical, technology, HVAC, and plumbing as indicated within the Construction Documents.
