To perform work to construct the Exterior Renovations and Barbering Program Addition to the Existing Statesville High School CTE Building in Statesville, North Carolina for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Iredell Statesville Schools (ISS) will receive sealed, single prime, lump sum bids for the renovations to existing Statesville High School CTE building.

The project scope of work includes the addition of a new barbering program, a handicap unisex toilet room, new public entrance with handicap accessible ramp and canopy, structural reinforcement of the existing brick veneer, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades associated with the work.
