Charleston, SC - Pepperhill Elementary School Bus Entrance Addition
Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, the addition of a bus entrance at Charleston County School District Pepperhill Elementary School to reduce congestion at the exiting shared entrance. The driveway will involve the reconfiguration of the existing Pepperhill park parking lot and the addition of a new sidewalk. Sitework is also part of this contract and consists of the installation of utilities, paving, sidewalks, grassing and landscaping. Project will be required to be designed and constructed in accordance with CCSD’s Educational Specifications and Design Requirements
