North Charleston, SC - R.B. Stall High School – Chiller Plant Replacement
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide three (3) new 400 Ton chillers, four (4) new primary pumps, and revised piping to and from the chillers and the building. The revised piping to and in the building shall account for future building wings expansion. The project will require phasing unless the contractor installs all new chillers, piping, and controls prior to the start of school in August 2023. Otherwise, the contractor shall phase the project starting with phases 1 and 2 and finishing with phase 3.
