Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, furnish labor and materials to remove and replace HVAC rooftop units, exhaust fans, and water heaters as indicated on the drawings; furnish and install seismic curbs and / or curb extensions; make all necessary electrical connections, and replace any damaged ceiling tiles within the building limits of work.
