REBID - Union County (NC) Jail Laundry Room Renovation
Temporary removal of portion of exterior wall to accommodate installation of new washer and dryer units. Temporary exterior opening to be refilled ASAP. Removal of single door into laundry room to be replaced with set of double doors.
The Work shall be completed in a single phase. The Work includes coordinating with Union County Facilities Department for access, security, and shut-downs.
Bids will be received for a single prime, lump sum Contract.
