Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project. Information about prequalification can be found at: https://connect.ncdot.gov/business/prequal/pages/default.aspx

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this project is 10%. Subcontractors must be certified by NCDOT as a DBE in order for their participation to count towards this goal. If the DBE goal is not met, justification must be provided that a good faith effort was made to solicit DBE firms.

The Town of Waxhaw encourages the participation of minority and historically underutilized business enterprises. The Town of Waxhaw, North Carolina, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
