Sealed Bids for the construction of the Contract 4.0 – East Marion Street Booster Pump Station will be
received, by Cleveland County Water at the Administration Building, 439 Casar Lawndale Road, Lawndale,
North Carolina 28090, until 2:00 PM local time on local time on November 17, 2022 at which time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a booster pumping station,
demolition of two booster pump stations and all appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated
in the Bid Form.
