North Charleston, SC - Military Magnet Academy HVAC and Water Heater Replacement

Project Scope consists of, but not limited to, the replacement and startup of all roof top units; coordinate with roof to keep warranty in effect. The interior classroom closet units will also be replaced, duct cleaned and TAB along with Commissioning performed. Commissioning will be provided by the owner and the contractor will coordinate. The contractor is to survey the interior closet doors and provide a list of any hardware issues so they can be addressed.

Sealed bids for the CCSD – MILITARY MAGNET ACADEMY HVAC AND WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT (Solicitation No. 22-CMG-B-014) will be received from qualified General Contractors, properly licensed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, opened and read aloud by the Owner and Program Manager at the Office of Cumming Management Group, Inc., 3820 Faber Place Drive, Suite 600, N. Charleston, SC 29405 on May 26, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Bids received after 1:30 p.m. will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened.
