High Point, NC - Waterview Pump Station Improvements - Forcemain Extension
Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the construction of a sanitary sewer force main along Wendover Avenue and Penny Road. This project will include the installation of approximately 5,200 lf of 16-inch forcemain, 5 ea polymer concrete manholes, 1 ea precast concrete manhole, 350 lf of boring and jacking with 30” steel encasement pipe, and approximately 254 lf of gravity sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch. Approximately 1,065 lf of the 16-inch forcemain will be installed by horizontal directional drilling. An existing sanitary sewer forcemain will remain in service during the construction of this project.
