Brodnax, VA - Mecklenburg-Brunswick Regional Airport - Construct Helicopter Parking and Hangar Taxilanes (21022)
This project involves the installation of a single helicopter parking apron and the sitework and construction of two box hangars and associated taxilane pavement. Embankment for the hangars and taxilane will be constructed from an existing soil stockpile at the airport. The project also involves clearing, grubbing, and re-grading an existing stormwater management basin at the south side of the airport. Construction will be multi-phased and the first notice to proceed is anticipated in Fall of 2022.
