Charlotte, NC - Linda Lake/Oakwood Pond Rehabilitation Project (PMSW211666)

Work includes removing trees and vegetation from the two dams, lowering the water surface at Linda Lake Dam and cleaning and inspecting the spill way as well as making any necessary repairs to the joints of the spill way. Refreshing rip rap where needed on the dam embankments. Installing piezometers at Linda Lake, and testing the operation of the bottom drains of the two lakes.

The estimated cost of this Project is $312,800.
