Charleston, SC - REBID Summerall Chapel Roof Replacement

- Base Bid work includes the complete removal and replacement of the underlayment system and the clay tile roofs down to the wood deck for Areas A, B, C, D, E and F for approximately 135 squares and an approximate height of 55’. Roof replacement includes deck repairs, select replacement, rough carpentry, and all penetrations. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Reuse of gutters and downspouts with minor repairs/modifications where noted. - Alternate Number 1 work includes the complete removal and replacement of the clay tile/underlayment system and copper spindle (reuse spindle with new attachment base and counter flashings) on the Bell Tower Roof Area I1 for approximately 5 squares with an approximate height of 90’.
