The project covers approximately 170 acres and within the McMullen Creek watershed and includes the area south of Sharon View Road, east of Wamath Drive, north of Brookmont Place, and west of Shaker Drive. This project includes new storm drainage systems and replacement of undersized/deteriorating storm drainage systems in Sharon Woods Lane, Wamath Drive, Cutchin Drive, Chaucer Drive and Landerwood Drive. This project also includes replacement of the undersized/deteriorating culverts under Mountainbrook Road and Shaker Drive.
