Re-Bid - High Point, NC -Montlieu Avenue Roadway and Utility Improvements - Bid 15-041421
This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment, and materials to install approximately 3,454 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water pipe, 257 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron sewer pipe, 3164 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron sewer pipe, 2,400 linear feet of electrical duct bank, 5,335 linear feet of curb and gutter, 2,360 square yards of concrete sidewalk, asphalt patching, asphalt milling and asphalt overlaying the entire project to complete all phases of the project. A variety of other materials including structures, services, traffic signals, pavement markings, traffic control, pavement repairs, and additional work necessary to complete this contract. The overall Contract Time will be 210 calendar days starting from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages are $750 per calendar day. Intermediate Contract Time #1 will be available upon the Notice to Proceed, with a completion date of September 3, 2021. ICT #1 will require all work from Station 0+00 to Station 16+25 be completed with exception of Planting and Permanent Vegetation Establishment. Liquidated Damages are $1,000 per calendar day for ICT #1. Council date for award approval: May 3, 2021 – Contract Issuance May 4, 2021
