High Point, NC - Eastside WWTP, PTF Effluent Control Gates Bid 12-042221
The work includes modifications and improvements to the Preliminary Treatment Facility (PTF) effluent control gates, and consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the installation of new stop logs and effluent chamber guide channels, removal of existing effluent control sluice gates and miscellaneous structural modifications/additions.
The completion date for this contract shall be 140 calendar days
The Liquidated Damages are $1,500.00 per calendar day.
The date of availability for this contract shall be the date upon which the Contractor and the City establish a Notice to Proceed.
Council date for award approval: May 17, 2021
