Morristown (NJ) Municipal Airport - Rehabilitate Runway 5-23 Improve Runway Safety Area, Ph.VIII-(Construction Phase C) (20036)

This is the third phase of a multi-year construction project to Rehabilitate Runway 5-23. This phase of the project includes removal of the existing and installation of a new Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with RAILs (MALSR), removal of an existing Glide Slope Shelter and installation of a new Glide Slope/MALSR Shelter, installation of new electric service to the Glide Slope/MALSR systems, grading of the extended runway safety area (ERSA), a limited amount of transition paving on the end of the runway and service roads, and removal of an existing and installation of a new cattle guard. The project will include, but is not limited to, limited P-401 paving, grading, installation of lighting and associated electrical work, marking removal and re-marking. The Base Bid and all Bid Additives must be bid.
