This project involves the installation of one 12,000 gallon avgas tank and two 20,000 gallon Jet A fuel tanks and associated electrical work at the existing fuel farm location. Existing tanks are to be abandoned in place.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. The exception of the procedures in accordance of provision (i) contained in 11-54, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of receiving bids.
