The Project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of approximately 760 linear feet of 12-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch RJDIP waterline and select 8-inch sanitary sewer replacement. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required.

Bidders should contact the City Equity & Inclusion Department at (919) 560-4180 for all UBE documents or requirements. Equal Business Opportunity Program forms are to be submitted to the City Equity & Inclusion Department. UBE Contractor Forms are also available in Appendix C of the Contract Documents. The established goals for this project are 11% for M/UBE and 7% for W/UBE participation. Each Bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Bidders must conform with the provisions of the North Carolina Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1925, as amended. All Bids must include a non-collusion affidavit.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files. Addenda notifications are sent via email from the mail account of “addendaNotification@dpibidroom.com” and could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall.
