received by the City of Thomasville, prior to the bid date, in the office of Morgan Huffman, Utilities
Director, 10 Salem Street, Thomasville, NC 27360. Hand delivered Bids just prior to Bid Opening will be
received at the picnic shelter at Veterans Memorial Park, 201 Stadium Drive, Thomasville, NC 27360. At which time the Bids received will be publicly opened
and read.
