Iredell-Statesville (NC) Schools-Additions & Renovations to the Lakeshore Elementary School
Iredell-Statesville Schools (ISS) Lakeshore Elementary School Addition & Renovation:
Existing classroom wings B, C and D will be extended by adding two classrooms and storage areas at each wing.
-Wing B addition sf = 3,882sf
-Wing C addition sf = 4,218sf
-Wing D addition sf = 3,986sf
The addition and renovations will include fully sprinklered, E use group of Type IIB constructed premanufactured metal building construction, nine (9) additional general classroom spaces for grades K-5, storage spaces student toilet rooms in the kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms, extension of the existing egress corridors, fire protection, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Sitework includes utilities, driveways, parking, reestablished fire lane and stormwater retention system, relocated play structures and site elements, flatwork and landscaping.
