REBID- Iredell Statesville (NC) Schools (ISS) Additions And Renovations To The Exterior Canopies At North Iredell High School
The project scope of work includes but is not limited to: new exterior trussed gabled standing seam metal roof canopies secured to the reconditioned and painted existing precast concrete structural frame systems between the existing academic buildings. Also included are new main entrance canopy systems added to main administration building. The canopies include standing seamed metal roof, perforated prefinished soffit panels, prefinished metal facias, flashing to existing buildings, along with gutters and downspouts. The new main entrance canopies also include architecturally exposed structural steel and custom aluminum column covers that match the existing Performing Arts Center. Site and Electrical updates and upgrades, etc. are also be included.
