Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. An DBE goal of 14% has been established for this contract.

The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
