Box 1748, Gastonia, NC 28053 or 150 S. York Street, Gastonia, NC 28052 if using courier service. Hand
delivered Bids just prior to Bid Opening will be received in Room 131 of the Garland Center, 150 S. York
Street, at which time the Bids received will be
publicly opened and read.
