Charlotte, NC - Blue Line Pedestrian Stair Repair (269-2023-1374)

This project provides structural repairs for the access stairs at the LYNX Blue Line Archdale Station. An additive alternate is also included in the project that provides structural repairs for the parking deck stairs at the LYNX Blue Line I-485 Station and structural repairs for the access stairs at the LYNX Blue Line Sharon Road West Station.

ENGINEERING ESTIMATE: The estimated cost of this Project is $200,000-$250,000

The City reserves the option of extending the due date as may be necessary to obtain adequate proposal activity. The City further reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part to a single Bidder or multiple Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
