Gaston County, NC - RFQ - Administration Annex Upfit

The delivery method for the Project will be Design-Bid-Build. The selected team will be required to provide a full range of planning and design services for a fully functional, operational, ADA, and code compliant facility at 110 West Main Avenue. The Team will need to satisfy the County’s project requirements, including but not limited to:

• Stakeholder management to determine space needs;
• Conducting regular meetings with appropriate County and City personnel;
• Submitting for permits required for compliance with local, state and federal requirements;
• Preparing contract documents for bidding and permitting;
• Preparing detailed cost estimates;
• Providing an assessment of the existing facility;
• Full MEP design;
• Preparing a construction phasing plan to meet the any regulatory requirements;
• Bidding administration;
• Special Inspections and Material Testing;
• Construction administration; and
• Closeout documents
