28746. The pre-bid conference will be postponed to Thursday, March 9, 2023 or Friday, March 10, 2023
if a weather event occurs on March 8, 2023. Please check with the Engineer, Brian Houston
(704.249.8069), on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, to confirm the pre-bid conference date. Attendance at the
pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged because it will be the only opportunity bidders have to view
the normally submerged lands upon which work will occur.
