High Point, NC - Westside WWTP Sludge Dewatering System Improvements - Bid 27-012623

The Westside WWTP Sludge Dewatering System Improvements includes the installation of new equipment that has been pre-purchased by the City. The solids dewatering equipment to be installed include a centrifuge, inclined screw conveyor, polymer feed system. Additional work includes demolition and replacement of sludge feed piping, new monorails with electric hoist, new canopy for outdoor sludge conveyance hopper, new packaged odor control system, associated electrical and SCADA improvements, new heating and ventilation, misc. building renovations, and a roof replacement for the solids building.

City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications.
