REBID - Charleston, SC - Stevens Barracks Window Replacement 2022
The building will remain completely functional and fully protected at all times during the construction work. All ingress/egress to facility and pedestrian walkways must be maintained with overhead protection when construction is occurring at/over these areas.
Base Bid work includes the removal and replacement of all exterior fenestrations, including preparation of the head, sill and jamb surfaces with new elastomeric coating and sealants at these terminations/transitions. Work to the exterior walls/stucco and interior surfaces is limited to this work.
