2. Master plan to include but not limited to sketches and renderings, conceptual design, material and equipment selection, potential demolition and clearing plans, grading and drainage plans, elevations, construction details, lighting and signage, greenway design, landscape, and planting elements.
3. Public input session to be conducted in person
4. Assistance with grant applications including environmental review as required for PARTF
