Proposals will be received and must be confirmed receipt by Moser Construction LLC at the time of bids due.
Bids may be mailed to the office address or digitally submitted via email on the form provided by Moser Construction LLC.
Bids will be opened and read aloud via zoom. Please request access to this prior to the bid date if you intend on attending.
Bids will be a LUMP SUM for the entire project.
All items listed on the plans as provided by owner will be supplied by Moser Construction LLC.
All communication will be between Moser Construction, LLC and the selected Contractor.
Bidders must have all Requests for Information submitted 1 week prior to the bid date and time.
Construction will commence immediately following permitting with an executed Notice to Proceed, and is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days.
No substitutions will be permitted without prior approval from Moser Construction LLC.
Moser Construction LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provisions of the plans and other contract documents will be considered invalid and will not receive consideration.
Bid pricing will be guaranteed for 30 days.
No bid bond will be required.
Prime bidders interested in bidding may obtain one complete set of plans from the designated planroom. No deposit will be required for prime bidders. Subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors may obtain printed plans at their own cost per planroom fees.
