Charlotte, NC - RFQ - Roof Repair Design Services and Building Envelope Consulting (RFQ 2022-590)

Services may include: (a) Analysis of the condition and performance of existing roofing systems, and; (b) Design of roofing system rehabilitation, repair and/or replacement at facilities owned by the City to address immediate or critical needs. Depending on the specific requirements of each project, either a professional engineer or a Registered Roof Consultant may be utilized for the work, as applicable. Projects may include some or all the services detailed in Exhibit A – Scope of Work.
