A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of (5%) of Bidder’s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents.

As these sites are along a public right of way, contractors may view the sites at any time, providing they stay within the public right of way. Contractors are not authorized to access any private property. Interested contractors need to submit questions via email, no later than Thursday, June 9th by 5:00 PM EST.

Substantial Competition Dates: The Work will be substantially complete on or before Saturday October 15, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before Tuesday November 1st, 2022.
