The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of walls between rooms This Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the extension of existing water main within right-of-way, including required pavement cuts, milling, and trenching at River Road, trenching and installation of new 8” PVC water main extension, fire hydrant, and 2- inch water meter as illustrated in A/E drawings provided dated 1/22/2022 revision 2.

Contractor shall maintain the construction entrances. This shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) grading, filling of ruts and potholes, and maintaining proper drainage. Maintenance of entry gates shall also be the contractor’s responsibility. Adjacent public streets, sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots shall be swept, scraped, washed and kept clean daily (more often as necessary) throughout all operations.
Contractor to schedule his work in accordance with all noise ordinances per the authority having jurisdiction.
Contractor shall provide a letter accepting all project conditions prior to commencing work.
Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization.
Contractor is required to be a licensed Utility Contractor by the State of South Carolina and approved for water line construction projects by the St John’s Water Company (SJWC).
