North Charleston, SC - Military Magnet Academy Culinary Arts Lab Renovation

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Renovation of the existing Art Room and convert it to the new CTE space. Work includes providing all demolition, cutting, patching, mechanical, plumbing and electrical power systems, equipment, materials, controls and appurtenances required to perform a complete new CTE space. Reference systems described above and more, further defined in the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to also move and store existing Art Room Classroom furniture and furniture noted in Room 301 as needed for the current art room teacher to relocate to room 301. The storage is to be a conditioned space to avoid issues from storage in an unconditioned space.
