Moorseville, NC - West Side Library
Mooresville's new library branch will be housed in an existing one-story, 11,794 sf structure. Updates to the building required for the change of use include: the addition of updated ADA compliant restrooms, renovation of existing space to accommodate library offices, and complete updating of fixtures, furnishing, and finishes throughout the main level. Additional improvements to the building's exterior will include replacing the existing metal panels at the main entry canopy and the drive-thru canopy, replacing the metal panels on the curved facade, and adding building signage to create a welcoming entry. Additional site improvements include the installation of a new bike rack near the entry and minor improvements per the town ordinance to the site and landscaping.
