Charlotte, NC - Sandy Porter Road/ South Tryon Street Intersection Improvement (PMES51216020)

This project will make pedestrian safety and capacity improvements to the intersection of Sandy Porter Road and South Tryon Street. The project will add a left turn lane off of South Tryon onto Sandy Porter and install widened sidewalks within the project area. Length = 1300 feet. Work includes grading, storm drainage, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, accessible ramps, milling and asphalt paving, pavement markings and other related activities.

A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.

The estimated cost of this Project is $1,069,000.
