Base Bid work includes total removal of existing roof systems down to the CWF structural deck for approximately 295 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry (including added nailers at copings), roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Removal of minor, non-friable asbestos containing roof materials is included.

Alternate Number 1 work includes removal/replacement to all GBUR canopy roofs at perimeter of building for approximately 3 squares
