SOQ’s shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, addressed to the Town of Indian Trail. The name and address of the prospective Firm and the RFQ #2021-01, including the title, shall be placed on the outside of the package. All items required for a responsive SOQ shall be included. It is the responsibility of the Firm to ensure that the SOQ’s package is complete and received at the proper date and time. SOQ’s received after the due date and time will not be considered. SOQ’s submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted.
